I am Tulsi Meena. I am from Jaipur (Rajasthan)). I have completed my B.Com.-2017, BP.Ed.- 2019, Yoga Diploma-2020,M.Com.-2021, MP.Ed.-2022,M.A.(Geo.)-2024. physical education degree in sports. My passion, however, has been something a bit more adventurous. I recently climbed Mt. Kun (7077m) which is in Ladakh. Mt. Kun is also known as Pre–Everest Expedition I have also summited. Draupadi ka danda -5716M. Friendship Peak-5289M.Yunam Peak-6111M. Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa-5895M. To follow my passion for mountaineering, I enrolledmyself at India’s leading mountaineering institute – Himalayan Mountaineering Institute, which is located in nahru Institute of Mountaineering,Uttarkashi-(Uttarakhand) India. After a lot of hard work, I also managed to earna very prestigious certification: Advance Level Mountaineer S&R.
Now, I plan to take my adventure further. I aim to go for a double 8000m Everest + Lhotse expedition. This means that I will be climbing the highest and the 4th highest mountain in the world Together
This expedition will make me Rajasthan`s First Female to summit Mount Everest and Mt. Lhotse together. However, mountaineering is anexpensive sport, it is impossible for me to finance this adventures I undertake. Theproposed Mount Everest + Lhotse expedition can cost around Rs. 6100000 (six million one hundred thousandrupees). This cost will include equipment, gear, transportation, food,and miscellaneous expenses. So this is where I need your help. This expedition will create history not only for Rajasthan but it will also empower women of rajasthan. The idea here is to not only complete my individual dream, I understand my social responsi- bility as well. I want to motivate the youth across India to take up adventure sports. Along with this, my major focus on this expedition will be to spread awareness about Mountineering sports and I also want to spread awareness about eduction in scheduled tribe girl`s.
